Jan heads the Hallmark team with over 40 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the jewellery industry. She has built an incomparable reputation as the largest diamond merchant in the Wirral, with a loyal customer base stretching across the North West.

Viccy

Vicky is our qualified and certified ear piercer, using the premium Studex cartridge system to provide safe, professional ear piercing services.

Known for her warm, engaging approach and ability to put clients of all ages at ease, Vicky has earned particular praise for her work with younger clients. Her caring manner and attention to detail ensure that every ear piercing experience is positive and memorable.

Christina

Christina joined Hallmark Jewellers almost 4 years ago in Autumn 2021 as a complete career change from Business Development.

“I fell in love with working in the industry and wished I’d made the transition much sooner.
My creativity is flourishing here, I love to dress the shop floor for each season and hear the wonderful complimentary reactions from customers.

I thrive on everything being ship shape, so managing the shop floor comes second nature to me, making sure the jewellery and stock is perfectly in position and well presented.

Our customers are the best, and I’m proud to be part of such a successful and supportive team.”

Helena

Helena has been an integral part of Hallmark Jewellers for 21 years, having started on Valentine’s Day, 14th February.

“The job is very interesting as we have a very varied clientele. I had the privilege of serving Heather McCartney (Mills) in my earlier days. Heather was lovely; she came in for belated Christmas presents while Paul waited outside in the car. I was delighted at the end to be told she was thrilled with the service she received.

I try to go above and beyond with customer service because, in my opinion, it leaves a lasting impression. I’m an affectionate person and feel a hug goes a long way to make the customer feel comfortable.”

Karen

With 30 years’ experience in the jewellery business, Karen’s passion lies in transforming jewellery dreams into reality.

“My journey in the jewellery world began 30 years ago, and my enthusiasm remains as strong as ever. Whilst I find great satisfaction in breathing new life into forgotten pieces, what truly captivates me is the complete creative journey – from that initial conversation where I discover a client’s vision, through the meticulous process of design and creation, to that magical moment when I present the finished piece. The joy on someone’s face when they see their dream transformed into something tangible is simply incomparable.”
